Well, we are officially open now. (Still fixing things around the site, though.)

The event, part I:
With the spring semester beginning, the AESTHETIC company is distributing the ID cards to its talents and managers (the same cards function as student IDs in Aesthetic Academy). The cards look as follows.



If you want a card of your own (of course you do!), you can either edit in a picture of your liking yourself or request one. If you want to request, comment here or send an e-mail with the image / link to the image, possibly any favored fonts for the "signature" and a sample of the background color you desire - the default is gray. (If you want to just state the RGB code, you'll have to tell me how I can get a color out of the code in Paint Shop Pro. Otherwise I want an image I can use a color picker tool on.)

Now you're probably wondering what the smaller empty spaces are for. They're for the semester stamps. Here's this spring's. You can get a semester stamp if you're active at least three months out of six. Just go ahead and take it. But if you go to a looooong hiatus or disappear for more than three months, you'll have to remove it. There are spots for just two stamps in each card, so you'll get a new ID card every year.


We haven't quite decided what to actually do with the ID cards yet, so for now they're just pretty things to show off. But we'll certainly come up with something sooner or later. Just remember that they're not member cards - you can't trade them.

The event, part II:
Looks like some of the new ID cards got misplaced. There are eight of them, and we really have no idea who has them. We can't even guarantee they're not being passed around. So they may appear anywhere at any time. If you see them, let us know whose they are.

(Form for sending in the names coming soon. You don't need to save the images, just take note of the names. As stated, there are eight cards and they appear randomly on all pages (so you'll run into them sooner or later). They're not static, but there is no schedule either - just a simple probability. This event will stay up two weeks, until Valentine's Day, so there's no need to refresh pages over and over to find the cards.)

Donations? Please? We really need level badges, link buttons and most of all, deck images.

Grand Opening
Since we promised it's in January, the grand opening will take place on January 31st (been a bit too busy to get everything ready earlier). There will be a little event to celebrate the official re-opening of Aesthetic - nothing too fancy, just an extra event game or two. I'd also really like to release a few decks then, so please, please, please donate images.
