Well, certainly not closing down with two offers to help having come in already. I've found all my files too (got a new computer not too long ago, so files were on backup DVDs). I am, however, putting Aesthetic to short maintenance hiatus. During this time the site may show up broken now and then, since I'll be changing pretty much everything as far as coding goes.

Things to do:
- Add some maintenance games to give members something to do
- Contact helper volunteers for division of work
- Recode site (especially card management is uncontrollable as it is now)
- Make new games / remove some old ones (as mentioned, I can't update some of the current ones)
- Rewrite level, point, rule, etc. stuff
- Make tons of new decks (reacquire card template first...)

Yeah...Most of you probably guessed from how long there have been absolutely no updates that Aesthetic isn't doing so well. My life pretty much spiraled out of control (work, studies, money, relationship, etc.) and although I kept telling myself that it would get better soon and I'd update just the next weekend, I couldn't find the will or energy to do so.

Things have settled down, but after long consideration I've come to a conclusion that I can't run Aesthetic as it currently is. I got it without any idea how some of the principles (like coupons, currency, point system) work and I soon discovered that I simply don't know enough bishounen in anime/manga/games, as I soon ran out of ideas to use in games like Runway Replay.

I really like the idea of bishounen TCG, and with the amount of TCGs that have closed the past year (I think I lost almost all I was in during the time I was gone), I really don't want to close Aesthetic for good. But I don't know what else to do. Any comments would be appreciated. If you want to adopt or co-own Aesthetic, do let me know too.
