Anything else you might even question being cheating, it most likely is
Regular names [IE:NO "Zomfg I luvzorz bishie!!1111]
Starter packs must be up within ONE week, otherwise you'll be removed from pending [Comment telling me if it'll take longer for some reason!]
Keep & never ever ever reset your trade log. (You can archive it, if you need to).
Have a working e-mail & website [You can use Yahoo! for both if you need a free server]
NO direct-linking
You can NOT play games or trade until I have sent your starter pack and your status is pending!
